Über Uns

Wir sind ein landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb am Fuße des höchsten Berges der Schwäbischen Alb, umgeben von saftig grünen Flachland- und Bergwiesen. Zu unserem Betrieb gehört eine Deutsch-Angus-Mutterkuhherde, die sich an den saftig grünen Wiesen erfreut und hilft diese zu bewirtschaften und zu pflegen. Mutterkuhhaltung bedeutet, dass die Kälber mit ihren Müttern zusammen aufwachsen und deren Milch genießen dürfen. Die gesamte Herde lebt im Verband auf großen Weiden, mit Büschen, Bäumen und Heckengewächsen, im Schutz und im Einklang mit der Natur. Die Rangordnung bestimmen sie selbst. Das Fleisch unserer Tiere vermarkten wir selbst, ein Naturprodukt aus Weidegras und Muttermilch.
